WHAT’S HAPPENING IN 4TH GRADE
We have a very short week this week due to the Thanksgiving Break. We will be doing some fun activities on Monday, plus celebrating some birthdays. On Tuesday, we will watch the First Grade’s production of “The First Thanksgiving”. I hope everyone has a fantastic holiday!
The children are continuing to practice double-digit multiplication. They are having great success so far. I am very proud of them!
This week we will be reviewing helping and linking verbs.
Our focus this week will be on the story “An Out of This World Experience”, which gives a first-hand look at what it is like being in space.
We will be continuing in Unit 6, Moon and Space, this week.
We are reading about the events that started to cause conflicts between the colonies and their English king.
